We are, too! Our 2009 Layaway Program starts NOW...
We're happy to offer our official Layaway Program at Trains & Toys for 2009. It's a smart and convenient choice to take advantage of these extended terms.
Secure your purchases with a down payment, pay a portion of the balance each month, & keep your items here (we're a great hiding place for the Holidays!)

Here's what's required of you:
1. A 20% non-refundable, non-transferable Down Payment at time of layaway.
2. A minimum monthly payment of 10% of the original balance (no interest!) You can pay at the store, you can call in a credit card #, or you can mail us a check).
3. All layaways for 2009 must be paid in full and picked up by Wednesday, December 23, 2009. (We will close early on December 24; we don't want you to wait till the last minute).
4. No trading items in and out of an existing layaway. No partial releases. If you want something else, you'll need to start a new layaway.
5. Items "on sale" qualify for layaways, but will require a 60% down payment.
