Below are some of the many product lines in stock at Collectible Trains and Toys.

• Lionel Electric Trains in current and recent Production.
  We are an Authorized Lionel Value Added Dealer and a Lionel Service Station.
• Lionel Pre-War, Post-War & MPC. Always a large selection. We are always looking to buy collections.
• American Flyer. Both new S-Gauge production by Lionel and original Gilbert American Flyer plus Pre-War O and Standard Gauge American Flyer.
• MTH (Mike's Train House) Electric Trains. Engines, rolling stock, accessories and track.
• Atlas-O Electric Trains. Engines, rolling stock, accessories and track.
• K-Line Electric Trains. Both original and the new "K-Line By Lionel". Prior to the demise of K-Line-MDK we were K-Line's SuperStore #1. (more info).
• Marklin Electric Trains. The Premier train line world wide. HO and Z-Gauge trains, track and accessories.
• LGB Electric Trains. While the LGB company we have known for years has been insolvent there is still a good deal of new and previously owned product available. (more info).
• HO and N-Gauge in our Warehouse Backshop area. We regularly buy collections and add it to our in-house "train show". (We do not keep these items as inventory so we do not have the possibility of offering a list. Sorry. But if you are in the neighborhood please drop by and browse to your heart's content).
• Magazines, books, periodicals, videos (DVD and VHS) and lots of train reference material.
• Scenery and Accessories. Woodland Scenics materials, 'O', HO, N-Gauge and Large Scale building kits, lights, signals, trackside accessories, etc.
• Tools. Knives, saws, screwdrivers, airbrushes, magnifying visors, glues, paints, lots of odd this and a little of odd that.
• Schylling Tin Toys. Classic Toys of Yesteryear. Tinplate and lithographed reproductions of many old favorites plus new ideas with an old-timey look.
• Thomas The Tank Engine Wooden Trains by RC2. Always a favorite of little engineers.
• Papo Adventure Figures (pirates, knights, maidens, dragons and many more). Just the thing for little folks with big imaginations!
• Schliech Animals and Figures of every kind. Super realistic and authentic. (except maybe the dragons...and the winged horses...but if there were...)

Product Availability

These days there is an incredible variety of products available for the toy and model train enthusiast. However--sometimes there is a catch.....or two.

• Modern train manufacturers and dealers no longer carry much if any  backstock. New products constantly replace old and when they are out of stock it may be sometime before there is availability again...if at all.
• More and more products in the train lines are made one time only. As the saying goes "if you snooze you lose!"
• Many items are announced in advance. Often far in advance. A dealer has to place an order in anticipation of demand. The manufacturers use these advance orders to determine production.
• Occasionally dealer and customer  advance orders do not meet a (usually secret) minimum and production is delayed until more orders come in...or the item is sometimes simply cancelled.
• Unfortunately manufacturers will sometimes "short ship" dealers (deliver less than ordered) if demand exceeds supply.
• Most dealers will offer a "Pre-Buy" Program" to allow customers to book an advance order to guarantee availability when the items are shipped. Sometimes items are actually "sold out" before they are even manufactured. (A deposit is usually required for a Pre-Buy). For O-Gauge products patience is also required!
